Questions, answered
Do you take insurance?
I'm in network with most major insurances through Headway and Rula. Because coverage varies so much across nine states, the simplest thing is to verify your specific benefits together on our first call.
What does it cost?
Sessions are $100. I offer a sliding scale for first responders. If you use insurance, your cost depends on your plan, which we confirm before you book.
How long are sessions, and are they virtual?
Sessions run 53+ minutes and are entirely virtual, so you can meet from wherever you are in a state where I am licensed.
What is the first session like?
It's a conversation, not a technique. We talk about what's bringing you in and what you want to change, and we go at your pace. Nothing is forced.
Is there a waitlist?
No. When you reach out, we can usually get started right away.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $75 fee. This is waived for first responders and medical professionals when the cancellation is work-related.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between us, within the limits the law requires. Seeking help is your private decision.
How do I start?
Text (940) 600-3278 to set up a consultation call. (I don't answer calls, so a text or voicemail is best.) From there we confirm fit and benefits, and you book your first session.
